Damage in Transit:

We will make our best efforts to ensure replacement delivery at the earliest.

Orders Placed up to 4:00PM will be packed and prepared to be shipped on the same day.
We make our best efforts to prepare the orders for shipping on the same day or within 24 hours from the time the order was received.
Due to the pandemic the government has imposed a restriction on the functioning of delivery partners hence a slight delay can be expected in transferring the packages to the concerned delivery partners.
Our logistics partners guarantee a delivery of packages within 1-6 Working days to anywhere in India there can be delays as each shipping partner has their own method and transit hubs to each location hence the exact delivery time is not predictable therefore we request all our customers plan your orders allowing sufficient time for the delivery.

In case the product is out of stock during the process and the customer is no longer in a position to wait. We will provide 100% refund to the customer, else, the replacement items will be sent to the customer immediately with shipping cost borne by Tomson Electronics.
Kindly note that no replacement will be applicable for products that have been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or soldering in any way. Due to nature of products and competitive pricing that we offer we are unable to provide order cancellation and return without our strict valid examination.
