All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Any changes to the processing time will be either displayed on the specific product page or will be notified by our representative.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Bulk, customized, or special procurement orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or regional restrictions.

  • Other regional courier services

The courier is automatically selected based on service availability for your location.

Packaging & Product Safety

GST & Tax Information

All product prices displayed on www.tomsonelectronics.com are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

A GST-compliant tax invoice is provided with every order, containing:

  • Seller GSTIN

  • Buyer details (if provided)

  • HSN / SAC codes

  • Applicable GST rates

  • CGST / SGST / IGST breakup

Business customers who wish to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) must ensure:

  • GSTIN is correctly entered at checkout

  • Billing details match GST records

Tomson Electronics is not responsible for ITC claim issues caused by incorrect customer information.


Return Policy (3-Day Return for Unopened Items Only)

We offer a Three-day return policy on all new, unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) are delivered to the customer.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged is not eligible for return

  • Returns requested after one day of delivery will not be accepted

  • If the item is in brand-new condition but requires repackaging, a 15% restocking fee will be applied

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for unwanted products

  • Customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

Tomson Electronics will not be responsible for return shipments lost in transit.


Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Damaged

  • Lost in transit

  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos (if applicable).
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our policies.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Tomson Electronics is not liable for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We don't provide COD service.
