Here is everything you need to know about earning and spending your Store Credit.

1. How to Earn Store Credit

• Sign-Up Bonus: Create a new customer account and instantly receive ₹50 in Store Credit. (Limit one per person).

• First Order: Earn a massive 10% Cashback on the subtotal of your very first purchase.

• Second Order: Earn a flat ₹20 Store Credit on your second purchase.

• Always Earning: Earn 3% Cashback on the subtotal of all subsequent purchases.

Note: Order-based Cashback (10%, ₹20, and 3%) is calculated on the order subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes) and is automatically credited to your account once your order has been successfully delivered.

2. How to Spend Your Store Credit

• Checkout: Your available Store Credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout. Simply click to apply it to your total!

• No Minimums: There is no minimum cart value required to use your Store Credit.

• Combining Offers: Store Credit can be used alongside other discount codes or site-wide sales unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. The Fine Print (Fair Use & Expiration) We want to reward our genuine customers, so we keep a close eye on our system to prevent abuse.

• One Account Per Person: The ₹50 Sign-Up Bonus is strictly limited to one per customer, household, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is not permitted.

• Individual Credit Expiration: To encourage active building and shopping, each Store Credit you earn has its own strict expiration date:

  • Sign-Up Bonus (₹50): Expires 24 hours after your account is created.

  • First Order Cashback (10%): Expires 30 days after it is credited to your account.

  • All Other Cashback (₹20 and 3%): Expires 90 days after it is credited to your account. (Don't worry—when you spend your balance at checkout, our system will automatically use your oldest, closest-to-expiring credit first!)

• Cancellations & Refunds: If you return an item or cancel an order, any Cashback earned from that specific order will be deducted from your account balance.

• Right to Revoke: Tomson Electronics reserves the right to remove Store Credit, cancel orders, or ban accounts if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the Cashback System.

• Non-Transferable: Store Credit cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as actual cash to your bank account. It can only be used for purchases at www.tomsonelectronics.com.
