It has an electrical life of 10000 cycles minimum and 20000 cycles for Micro Toggles. It has a dielectric strength of 1000V RMS at Sea level. It has a contact resistance of a range 10 milliohms max. initial @ 2-4V DC. 100 milliamps for both coin silver and gold plated contacts.

This toggle switch has a case made up of high temp thermoplastic, button made up of high temp thermoplastic, actuator made up of brass, chrome plated, bushing of brass, nickel plated, spring made up of stainless steel or spring steel, centre contact/terminals made up of copper, silver plated or gold plated, housing of steel, zinc plated for commercial grade. Stainless steel for professional grade, and hardware -made of brass, chrome plated.
